I am joining the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems (MPI-SWS) in Saarbrücken, Germany as a Research Group Leader.
The Data Systems Group
At MPI-SWS, I am establishing the Data Systems Group (DSG), focusing on building efficient, scalable, and intelligent data systems. Our research spans:
- Large-scale data processing — Distributed systems for analytics and graph processing
- Machine learning systems — Infrastructure for training and serving ML models
- Learned systems — Integrating ML into traditional system components
- Blockchain analytics — Real-time analysis of decentralized systems
